You probably need to replace the flapper in your toilet tank. Manufacturers make universal flappers. Some brand toilets have to be made by their own manufacturer. The best thing to do is shut off the water to the toilet and remove the flapper. Bring the flapper to a hardware store and find one that can replace it.
